Returns Eligibility

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 20 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
*Note: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized products. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.*
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
*Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.*
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 20 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used or damaged items) will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation:

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers may need to cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

2. Provide photos of the damage/defect along with your order details.
3. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly (e.g., replacement, refund).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 business days:
