Shipping policy

We charge a flat shipping fee of $15 per North Island order and $20 per South Island order. 

All orders (excluding any pre-orders) will be dispatched within 1-2 business days following receipt of your order.  Please note during peak periods or sales it may take an additional 2 days to process your order, if you have an urgent order during these times, please email Carbea at (accounts@carbea.co.nz) with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate priority shipping. 

All orders are sent via Post Haste Couriers and are tracked. You will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your order is processed and collected by the couriers.  All orders are sent non-signature unless requested.  If you have any delivery requests or instructions, please leave these in the order comments field at checkout.   Please note if the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the order or is unsure of the address, they will return the order to their depot, and someone will contact you to confirm details.

Delivery timings:

• North Island deliveries (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. 
• South Island deliveries (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
• For any rural deliveries, please allow an extra 2 business days in addition to the above timings.
  

COLLECTION OF ORDERS
Please note we are online only and do not have a showroom.  If you are local and wishing to collect, please contact Carbea on accounts@carbea.co.nz to arrange collection.
