Once your order has been submitted you will receive an e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number. Please refer to this number when contacting our customer service department about the status of your order.

We have a policy of providing full credit for goods that you are not completely happy with.

Yes, you will need to create an online account before placing an order. You can pay for your order at checkout via Shopify payments or you will need to complete the trade references to get a 20th of the month account. Please note all first orders are pro-forma and require payment prior to dispatch.

As this is a wholesale site you will need to create an online account to view the prices and to purchase from Carbea Imports. Once your account is approved you can choose to be invoiced for payments or pay at checkout via Shopify Payment.

Accounts will usually be approved within 24 hours.

Delivery is usually made within 5 working days from receipt of order.

For approved account holders, orders are shipped with invoice due for payment  on the 20th of the following month depending on your credit history. There is also the option to pay by credit card via Shopify Payments when you purchase online. For new customers, we can provide a pro-forma invoice for payment before the goods are shipped.

No, our courier service requires that goods are signed for and therefore a street address is required and someone must be available to sign for receipt of goods.
